Accommodation and Rates

People stay in our accommodation for different reasons: Workshop, Horse Clinic, Holiday, Retreat, Breakthrough, or just because!
You are welcome to bring your Dog/s, Horse/s, and obviously your Children!
Gratitude are spaces where everyOne can breath and relax
Some Parents gave us feedback that Holiday by us really means Holiday for them because the Children might be busy with the Farm chores or contemplating nature and its inhabitants!
Our commitment to the environment, its resources and inhabitants is paramount to each decision we make. In the accommodation you will find refillable containers, with organic and biodegradable soaps, for body care and household. Linen and towels are changed upon request and the rooms are serviced as needed and possible
Old Cottage -sleeps up to 5 People-:
- 2 People - Standard Rate - R2500/night
- Single R2250/night
- 3 People R3250/night
- 4 People R3500/night
- 5 People R3750/night
- children up to 12 pay 50% - babies and toddlers up to 2 stay for free if sharing parents bed
Small Cottage -sleeps up to 3 people-:
- 2 People - Standard Rate - R2160/night
- Single R1944/night
- 3 People R2808/night
- children up to 12 pay 50% - babies and toddlers up to 3 stay for free if sharing parents bed
Stables Stay:
Stable King en-suite Room -sleeps up to 2 people-:
- 1 Person - Standard Rate - R850/night
- 2 People R1105/night
Stable Queen Room -sleeps up to 2 people- Shared Ablution Block, Kitchen and Lounge:
- 1 Person - Standard Rate - R750/night
- 2 People R900/night
- travelling grooms, with quarantine Horses (whole length of stay of the Horses), pay 50% of normal tariff
T&C -Terms and Conditions:
- Payments in advance to secure space. EFT in following account: GRATITUDE FARM, ABSA, Acc.: 4056437976, Branch 632005, Reference: your name
- Children up to 2 stay for free; Children 3-11 pay 50% of the adult tariff; Children over 12 pay normal adult tariff
- Dog tariff: R150/dog/night - More then one dog tariff: R100/night/dog
- Horse Hotel*: R300/horse/day -up to 6 days- thereafter R200/horse/day
- No-show is a forfeit; Cancellation one month in advance is full refund. Thereafter only partial or no refund.
- Prices include 15%VAT
